Guess What? The Blue Light really does flash, and yes we have a confirmed order for PS2 Bundle on BlueLight.com. This happened about 3:40 p.m. CST. We have been scouring every Best Buy, Target and Walmart in the Kansas City area since the launch October 26. With two boys age 9 and 12 this was a MUST HAVE for Christmas. Thanks for your reports. Just wanted to say thanks for all you tips. After a couple weeks of attempts, I finally managed to get a bundle at Bluelight.com. The light flashed yesterday, but before I could get in, they were sold out. About 4:30pm (EST) December 8, the light went off again and this time I managed to get in and get a bundle. Shipping was free and I called the 800 number to verify the sale. They said it should be here in 7-10 days. A quick tip: make sure when youre on Bluelight.com that youre logged in. If you have to enter your email address and password after buying the bundle, theres a good chance someone will steal it out of your cart before you can complete the transaction. Thanks again. Brent

just wanted to let you know that bluelight.com was selling the ps2 ar around 5:45 pacific. The light bulb at the top left was blinking when you log on, when you click it it takes you to the page with the bundle. I got there to late and was not able to get one. This bundle included Madden 2001, NHL 2001 and Nascar 2001, an extra controller, a memory card and the vertical stand. I'm sure you'll get other emails from people who got one. After watching the site for a month, I had given up hope that the stupid blue light would ever blink...then it blinked and they were selling Barbie Dolls...not PlayStation2...which is my son's Christmas dream. Last night, 12/7/00 around 8:00 EST the PlayStation Console came available and I got one!!! Tell people to be signed in and have their account information in the system...go to fast checkout...and good luck!! Thank you!!! MAG

Thank you, thank you. I followed everyone's hints and scored. I also got a 15.00 discount for registering in advance as a bluelight member (or what ever their program is called). This is exactly what you look for. At the left top corner of the screen, is the big light bulb symbol. Next to it is a K that under normal circumstances sends you to the corporate office. When the blue light special begins, an icon appears next to the K ikon. Click on that and scroll down the new screen. Not all bluelight specials are PS2 inclusive. After about 3 1/2 hours and 2 other bluelight specials, bingo! Around 1:30 this afternoon the one I've been waiting for. Now of course I need to UNSUBSCRIBE so that my youngins don't see the reporter emails coming in. Again to your and all the other treasure hunters out there. THANK YOU. Leslie

HI! I just wanted to thank you for a great site. It has been very helpful to me in my search for the PS2. Although I found my system on my own (at Bluelight.com) it was thanks to your e-mail regarding KB Toys having some PS2's that I decided to check Bluelight (after noticing that KB was sold out). Upon entering the site I saw the flashing light for "Blue Light Specials" (but I didn't think much of it because I had seen it previously and it was always something else they were selling.) Today was my lucky day, I guess, because when I clicked on the blinking light it showed me the bundle and I was able to purchase it! It's on its way to me now! To those who have not been lucky yet, keep hope alive, you musn't succumb to internet scumb trying to scam you or charge you mega bucks for something that's out there. Open a Bluelight account so that when they offer the bundle it's a snap to check out, and check their site often. They do have those Bluelight specials a! ll throughout the day (I got my system at around 4:30 pm EST). While it may not always be a PS2 they're selling at least you'll get familiar with the site. Please let people know that Bluelight.com does work. I bought my system from them today shortly after reading your e-mail about KB. Upon entering the site I saw a flashing bluelight and a sign that said "Bluelight specials". I clicked onto it and there it was! A bundle available for me. I bought it right away and they even have free shipping! Thank you for all the help you provided me in my search.
