Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Cheats (Playstation 2)

How to swim underwater and steal the submarine
Go to any bridge in Vice City and on your controller press Up, Down Left, Right, Square, L1, L2, R1, Triangle, Select (please note that no message will tell you if the cheat has worked).
Then jump off the bridge into the water and you can swim to the bottom of the sea and steal the submarine
