For this cheat to be activated you must customize the Honda Civic with the Spinners code on and make it Metallic Blue. By doing so this will unlock the following people and their cars: Ki-Lo, Kaos, T.Richards, and Jay S.Cars: 1978 Droptop Chevy, 2003 Lamborgeenie, 1987 Chevy, and 2003 Ford Focus XL.
