THANK YOU THANK YOU..i went and waited at kbkids this morning at 11:45 and kept checking back, I GOT ONE....and all thanks to your site. altho in my haste i grabbed a crappy bundle but at least i got one for my boyfriend...they are still showing them at kbkids, i checked at 11:50 pacific time i guess and they are still there if you hurry. I got in on time to order at KBKIDS at 2PM Central time. Then I called there customer service to confirm my order, the order had been taken but does not mean I will actualy get the playstation off this shipment. They had 20 in stock and took more than that in orders. I will update when I know if my order is processed. Justin

Hey Markus, first of all thanks for the great tips. I have to go to work at 1pm everyday so it's been nearly impossible to get a PS2 when they go on sale (usually between 1 and 5pm). I decided to check KBKIDS tonight when I got home at 2am (Dec 13) and got nothing but I checked back at 2:30 and BINGO!!!! I haven't received my confirmation email yet (takes up to 48 hrs) but I have my fingers crossed. Once again thanks alot and good luck to everyone else in your quest for the ultimate gaming experience. Joe

I just wanted to say thank you for all your help. I got an e-mail from KB Toy store, that they would be selling the Playstation 2 today. I kept checking their site and then I got your e-mail, that it was time. When I saw those green boxes, I just clicked on the first one and checked out. It was not till later that I found out what bundle I bought. I didn't want to waste a second. Anyways I got my husband his Playstation 2 and it will be here in time for Christmas. Another little trick for KB Toys, register with KB ahead of time, they will ask for your name, address, shipping preference and credit card information. I did this and it was so much faster, two clicks and I had my Playstation 2.Hope that helps someone else, and again "THANK YOU" for the service you provide. April

I just wanted to thank for your your notification service. I was getting increasingly frustrated in not being able to get a PS2, even with your notifications. Seemed like I was always a few minutes too late. I was resigning myself to the fact that I would have to wait until after the holidays. Well... your notification of the bundle sale at KBKids on 12/13 got me there to the site, and I was able to actually compete my order for one! Thank you very much! The confirmation notice says that it will ship out the 18th, so we'll see if it actually arrives before Christmas. Nevertheless, thank you. Ron.

Thank You thank you thank you!!!!! How can I thank you enough. I have been on this computer more since Thanksgiving than I've been all year. The only thing I do is research for my kids and check mail. I've tried everything. Bluelight.com for that darn blinking light, Amazon, which I never even got close, Gamestop, the movie one , everything. I finally did it. I can't even believe it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so excited . I nearly came out of my skin LOL. I didn't even believe it went thru till I called up kbkids and verified it.Thanks so much. I went on at exactly 3 pm est and typed playstation 2 console in the search box on the main page and there they were just begging to be bought. My kids will be so shocked and so will my hubby. He bet me I couldn't do it. I told him if I get it he owes me a diamond wedding band . So it looks like we all make out this Christmas. All I can say to everyone is keep trying. I was about to give up but I really want the ring LOL, just kidding . The kids faces is my biggest gift. SD New York

Just a little FYI . I just ordererd my PS2 from a place called electronics boutique. I found the place after going to the sony.com. Isent them an email asking when I would be able to buy the console directly from them. They inturn emailed me back a couple of web sites and a 1800- 800-0032 which was this electronics boutique place. They took my name and number and placed me on a waiting list . Less than a week later they called and told me my PS2 was in. The man also told me they recieved a bunch in to. So Iwrite you to let all the people know who use this sight. Great web site. Haven't gotten lucky enough to land one yet but I'm hopeful because of the info on your page. Is there a reason why the Canadian site won't ship outside Canada? Won't the PS2 from there work in the States? Just curious. Thanks for the great site. kuzniasz1

Markus: No, due to export restrictions Canadian PS2's cannot be shipped to the U.S.

This probably will heat up a few of the diehards who have been trying to get their hands on a PS2 console or bundle, but... I only started looking after Thanksgiving and came across this PSR site accidentally. I added a few stores to my favorites so that I could keep up. On 12/1/00 I missed the Amazon sale by about 1 1/2 hours (at work). Kept checking in at Bluelight.com. Found blue light blinking many times, but no PS2 until about 4:00 EST on Friday, 12/8/00. WE GOT ONE!! Any of you who are discouraged, just keep a look out! We don't stay on line all day, we have to go to work, and we just check when we can. No skill, no planning, nothing but Luck!! I just wanted to thank you for providing such an informative website, not to mention all of the email updates. As a webmaster myself, I sometimes find it discouraging when your working so hard on something (mostly to the benefit of other people) and people send in complaints. The one thing they neglect to understand is that your providing this information because you want to. I know you've mentioned this in one of your emails, but apparently they just don't get it. Nevertheless, I just wanted you to know that there are people out there who really appreciate everything your doing with the PS2 site regardless if we score or not. Still trying, Diane
